Biography
Zoe Vayer focuses her practice on representing insurers in coverage matters and litigation, with a particular emphasis on aviation insurance. She specializes in handling complex cases involving airline liability, commercial aviation general liability, third-party aircraft liability, and first-party coverages.
Before joining the firm, Zoe served as Assistant Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert I. Caloras in Queens County Supreme Court. There, she drafted decisions on motions, petitions, and emergency requests in cases involving contract disputes, nuisance claims, commercial lease disputes, Yellowstone injunctions, and RPAPL § 881 actions. She also led conferences with litigants on discovery and settlement matters.
