Biography
Y. Christie Lee advises insurers on matters involving professional liability, directors and officers (D&O) liability, and financial institutions liability. She supports litigation by researching liability issues, drafting motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, and preparing discovery requests, responses, and related motions. Christie also assists with settlement and trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Christie served as a legal intern in the Health Care Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where she evaluated complex document productions, researched financial regulations, and drafted memoranda related to enforcement actions and investigations. She was also selected for the Sonia Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program, interning for the Honorable Dweynie E. Paul, J.S.C., where she reviewed motion papers and drafted memoranda on general litigation matters.
