Naomi E. Oghuma

Naomi Oghuma is an associate in the firm’s insurance coverage practice, where she focuses on directors and officers liability and transactional risk matters, including representations and warranties insurance. Her practice involves assisting with coverage analysis, evaluating policy language and indemnification provisions, and supporting the resolution of complex financial lines claims arising from corporate transactions. She works on a range of matters involving securities litigation and related financial exposures and collaborates with colleagues and clients on issues at the intersection of deal structure and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Naomi served as a claims attorney at a global insurance brokerage, where she advised corporate clients across the financial services industry on transactional risk and financial lines insurance matters. Her experience includes analyzing representations and warranties insurance policies in connection with M&A transactions and negotiating coverage positions with carriers and reinsurers.
