Biography
MingHong focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and insurance-related matters. He handles all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and mediation.

Prior to joining the firm, MingHong handled matters involving anti-SLAPP suits, New York Article 78 special proceedings, claims under the federal Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), mass tort, high-profile contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate derivative actions, trademark and other intellectual property issues, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation.

He previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert E. Littlefield of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York, where he drafted opinions and conducted research on complex Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters. He also interned with the Honorable Andra L. Ackerman of Albany County Court and the Honorable Michael R. Cuevas of the New York State Supreme Court. During law school, he also worked as a legal intern for the international insurance carrier Argo Group.
