Biography
Mikhaila focuses her practice on representing insurers in complex coverage matters, bad faith claims, and contract disputes, offering strategic counsel from initial claim assessment through every phase of litigation.
Prior to entering private practice, Mikhaila clerked for the Honorable Anna Demacopoulos (Ret.) and Honorable Celia Gamrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County Chancery Division. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Regina Scannicchio in the Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Relations Division and with the Illinois Innocence Project.
