Marlene Da Cruz advises insurers on matters involving professional liability, directors and officers (D&O) liability, financial institutions coverage, and provides support in related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Marlene interned with several institutions, including the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the Superior Court of New Jersey, and the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. Additionally, she served as an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review.
