Biography
John Lynn serves as coverage and litigation counsel for domestic and international insurers. He focuses on representing government contractors and their insurers before the United State Department of Labor’s judicial and administrative tribunals in defense of claims brought by employees working overseas at our country’s military bases. These claims arise under the Defense Base Act extension of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
John counsels his clients on complex insurance coverage issues arising out of the individual claims, as well as the developing legal precedent and the relevant trends for claim handling, defense, and resolution.
John previously practiced insurance coverage litigation at a New York City law firm, where he litigated and handled claims.
