Awake at Night: Cyberbreaches and the New Risk to Directors and Officers

Cyberattacks are now weekly news as breaches of personal information are announced regularly by brand name companies—Target, Neiman Marcus, Home Depot, Jimmy Johns, JP Morgan Chase, and others. Even before the most recent wave of privacy breaches, professionals in the insurance industry were aware of the serious threat posed by cybercrime.
