Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP adds two new litigation partners, Janene Marasciullo and Ellen Jenkins.
NEW YORK – January 20, 2023 - Law Firm Skarzynski Marick & Black announces the expansion of its litigation capabilities with the addition of partners Janene Marasciullo in the New York office and Ellen Jenkins in the Chicago office.

Marasciullo has extensive first-chair experience litigating complex commercial, fraud, business tort, and trade secret with an emphasis on disputes arising in the financial services and insurance industries. She also regularly defends clients facing SEC and FINRA investigations, qui tam litigation, and IRS controversies. Her previous experience includes serving as a trial attorney in the Civil Division and Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition, she worked in the Enforcement Department and the Office of General Counsel at the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), the predecessor to FINRA.
Jenkins brings decades of experience in commercial and insurance coverage litigation, regularly representing insurers and reinsurers in their most complex coverage and business disputes. She focuses on high-exposure claims under primary and excess commercial general liability, directors and officers and other professional liability, employment practices liability, and commercial property and business interruption policies.
