Rossella Scarpa represents insurers as coverage and litigation counsel for matters involving directors and officers (D&O) liability, representations and warranties, fiduciary liability and errors and omissions (E&O) liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Rossella represented shareholders nationally in both federal and state court in the M&A context for claims based on the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and for breaches of fiduciary duties.
