Biography
Karl Fisher’s practice focuses on representing insurers as coverage and litigation counsel for matters involving directors and officers (D&O) liability, errors & omissions (E&O), representations and warranties, financial institutions, and fiduciary liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Karl served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department where his practice included administrative, regulatory, and tort, litigation.
