Biography
Grace MacPhail’s practice focuses on representing government contractors and their insurers before the United State Department of Labor’s judicial and administrative tribunals in defense of claims brought by employees arising under the Defense Base Act extension of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace represented established businesses, municipalities, construction managers and owners in all aspects of civil litigation focusing on the defense of claims related to general liability, labor law and construction litigation.
