Biography
Cheryl Vollweiler is an accomplished insurance coverage attorney who provides clients with candid and accessible counsel and creative solutions on all manner of insurance coverage issues and disputes involving an extensive range of insurance policies and programs. Her approach to case evaluation and strategy implementation focuses on achieving optimal resolutions aligned with the business objectives of her industry clients. With more than thirty years’ experience representing U.S. and international insurers in high profile and complex insurance coverage matters, she brings a deep and diverse background that includes products liability/mass torts, general liability, cyber risks, technology and data security, life sciences, toxic torts/environmental, bad faith litigation, premises and hotel liability, property damage and first party coverage, international arbitration, specialty insurance policies, risk retention group policies, reinsurance and other areas.
 
In addition, Cheryl has significant experience drafting a wide array of insurance policies and conducting due diligence and reserve audits of both insurers and insureds, along with corresponding reporting and analysis.
